"No win no fee" is exactly what it sounds like - if we take on your personal injury case, then win or lose, you will not be charged a fee. We will ensure that you will not be liable for any costs or legal fees. You can make a claim without any financial risk whatsoever. In fact a more accurate description would be "no fee, win or lose". Originally a "no win no fee" agreement implied a conditional fee agreement (CFA), which didn't automatically guarantee you 100% of your compensation. With a conditional fee agreement, you would agree to your solicitor deducting their fee from your compensation in the event that you win your case, and taking nothing should you lose. Nowadays you should not have to pay a fee, win or lose. Normally, if we win your claim for you, we will claim our fee from the defendant's insurance company. The fee will not be deducted from the compensation that you receive.
You can make a claim for compensation for all types of accident or injury that were not your fault. Whether you have been injured in a car accident, or an accident at work, an accident on holiday or tripped whilst walking along a pavement, you may be able to make a claim. Normally you must begin the claims process within three years of the injury occurring. Whatever the nature of your injury, Harris Fowler will be able to help you with your claim. We have a team of experts in personal injury law, and we will be able to advise you straight away if we believe that you have a case. If you then decide to pursue your claim, we will appoint one of our solicitors to represent you. Your solicitor will then begin the process of gathering information and evidence to support your case. This may include things like medical reports, accident reports, photographs and witness statements. If you would like more information or would like to make a claim, call us on 08080 323123 or fill in our

We realise that whilst obtaining compensation is important, those who have suffered an injury, and their families, need additional help and support that may not normally be readily available to many accident victims. This is a service we pride ourselves on, and treat with paramount importance. The circumstances in every case are different and because of this we treat each claim on an individual basis. If you are unsure as to whether you will be able to make a claim,
