Harris Fowler is continually growing, developing and innovating. The HR dept is pivotal to the success of the business to ensure the right people are brought in at the right time. Working closely with the HR Director you will predominantly manage the recruitment campaigns for the firm, but you will also have the opportunity to support the HR team with other elements of HR administration as required.

Job Description:

  • Working closely with the HR Director to deliver the workforce strategic plan.
  • Advertising roles in a timely manner using the most appropriate methodology, being innovative in your approach to attracting talent
  • Keeping up to date with the best media channels to ensure the job adverts are seen by the relevant audience.
  • Manage all CV’s that are received, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Collate and circulate CV’s to relevant parties to ensure shortlisting is completed in a timely manner.
  • Organise and carry out interviews, communicate with candidates and/ or the recruitment agencies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and induction process for all successful candidates.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate systems to manage, track, monitor and report on recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist with other areas of HR Administration as required.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role
  • Experience of using a variety of media channels to recruit and attract talent – inc Linkedin
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to negotiate with all stakeholders with tact and discretion.
  • Strong influencing/assertiveness skills.
  • Excellent and proven organizational skills
  • Strong IT skills
