Gary has particular experience and expertise in all types of claims including fatal accidents, serious and catastrophic injury cases; industrial disease and asbestos related injuries; accidents at work; cycling accidents; injuries to children; claims brought under the Animals Act and highway tripping claims.
Gary joined Harris Fowler in 2012 after moving to us from a position as a partner of a law firm in Plymouth. He started his working career serving two years with the South African Defence Force before taking time to travel in both Africa and Australia. Gary subsequently studied for his law degree in London. He then worked for a law firm in Surrey before relocating to Plymouth.
He recently secured an award of £324,000 for a gentlemen who was the victim of a hit and run incident in which he suffered serious injuries to his back and spine.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, running long distance races and playing golf.
Gary feels the most rewarding aspect of the job is working with the injured to rehabilitate them and restore their health, quality of life and ability to work (as far as possible) and on top of that secure appropriate compensation for them.
