Depending on the circumstances it may be necessary for you to see a medical expert. In a personal injury negligence case we may be able to use an existing report from a specialist. In medical negligence cases we will need to refer you to a Consultant who specialises in dealing with issues of this type.   

The Specialist may also recommend any treatment and rehabilitation needed.
