This is a fantastic opportunity to join an IT team within a progressive law firm. The successful candidate will be trained in all areas of the department, including networking, computer building, and scripting and 1^st line support. The IT Apprentice must have a can-do, mature attitude towards their work.

Job Description:

Day to day troubleshooting and IT support for the organisation
Working towards building skills and knowledge around servers, networking, firewalls and routing protocols
Supporting with preparation, maintenance and refurbishment of equipment undertaken by the department
Working towards building skills and knowledge to successfully complete the apprenticeship
Ad-hoc IT related duties as and when required

Person Specification

Essential:

Grade C/4 or above in GCSE English and Maths
Good basic computer literacy
Confident using MS operating systems.
Confident using MS office products (Word, Outlook and Excel)
Troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to show initiative and be proactive
Prioritisation and organisational skills
The ability to work as part of a team
