Chartered Legal Executive
Michelle Furlong became a paralegal in 2001. She qualified as a Legal Executive in 2005 and has 12 years post qualification experience. Michelle has worked the majority of her time in Claimant Personal Injury; she did however work for 4 years in Defendant insurance litigation.
Michelle’s interest in law began when working in a law firm as an assistant while waiting to start a business degree. She chose to train as a Legal Executive while working rather than taking her University place. She now works as an experienced case handler. Michelle enjoys the process of research and fact-finding that is involved in preparing a case.
In her spare time, she enjoys running with her husband and has completed an Exeter half marathon. Michelle and her family enjoy travelling and exploring the customs and cultures of new destinations.
