Somerset County Cricket Club is one of the most historic and passionately supported sporting institutions in the South West. Based at the Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton, the club has been at the heart of Somerset sport for well over a century.
Competing at the highest levels of domestic cricket, Somerset fields both men’s and women’s teams, as well as developing future talent through their academy and community programmes. With a loyal fan base and a strong reputation for producing exceptional players, the club plays a central role in the county’s sporting culture.

In 2018, Harris Fowler also supported the club’s Community Engagement Programme, helping drive the re-launch of the much-loved Somerset mascot Stumpy as a healthier and fitter character for young fans. We also helped bring the mascot to life on matchdays through an animated wicket ‘sting’ displayed on the stadium scoreboard.
Over the years, we have proudly supported the club and in 2026 we are delighted to continue our partnership with Somerset County Cricket as their Official Injury Update Partner.
Our connection with the club is also personal. Harris Fowler Managing Director Neil Williams was previously a Somerset player himself, regularly representing the Somerset Second XI, which makes our ongoing partnership particularly meaningful.

A major milestone came in April 2022, when Taunton Town secured promotion to the National League South, the highest level in the club’s history. The club continues to evolve and develop as it competes in the Southern League Premier Division, with a renewed squad and ambitions for future success.
