Abby Pearson, Trainee Personal Injury Case Handler
Abby graduated in 2016 from The University of Winchester with an LLB Law degree and hopes to begin her legal executive qualification before the end of this year.
Abby gained experience as a paralegal in a law firm in the South West of England where she dealt in different areas of law before finding a passion for personal injury and joining Harris Fowler as a Trainee Personal Injury Case Handler in 2017.
Abby deals with a variety of personal injury claims on our No Win No Fee basis, including accidents at work and accidents on a public footpath.
What inspired you to get into law?
Abby has always had a keen interest in the law and the way in which it impacts everyday life.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Abby feels the most rewarding aspect of her job is winning compensation for an employee who has been forced to take time off of work due to an accident caused by the negligence for their employer.
What do you do for fun?
In her spare time Abby enjoys baking sweet treats, going for walks in the Somerset countryside and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed taking part in a 24 hour cycle in 2016 to raise money for NSPCC.
Abby has been awarded a 3 Paper Buildings Mooting Prize.
