Christian Bryan, Solicitor & Legal Assistant
Prior to joining Harris Fowler solicitors Christian successfully represented one of the victims of the Potters Bar rail disaster and represented a client in respect of a claim against a high profile US rap star.
He joined Harris Fowler in 2012 and is currently acting on behalf of clients who have sustained injury from metal contamination following the failure of their metal-on-metal hip implant. Christian takes a robust approach to his investigations, moving quickly to confirm the identity of the manufacturer of the hip component with the aim of helping his clients to make a swift recovery.
In addition to consumer product liability claims Christian has experience of claims under the Athens Convention for accidents at sea and the Montreal Convention for aviation accidents. He has a particular interest in claims involving accidents abroad, particularly road traffic accidents. Christian also specialises in Professional Negligence claims for clients who wish to claim against professionals for a breach in duty of care.
What inspired you to get into law?
Christian was inspired by the academic side of the law.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Christian feels the most rewarding aspect of his job is the fact that no two days are the same and with each new day brings a different challenge.
