Biography

Curtis has worked in Personal Injury Litigation for nearly 10 years. He started out in uninsured losses (vehicle damage and vehicle hire), after which he has moved into fast track litigation. He has spent the last 6 and a half years building up his experience in personal injury claims. He has a lot of experience working with the Motor Insurer’ Bureau. He now specialises in RTA, Motor Insurer Bureau, employer’s liability and occupier’s liability claims. Curtis has worked closely with the marketing department during the development of our new website and provided a lot of the legal content for the claims type pages.

Inspiration to get into Law came from being involved in a serious accident at the age of 12, the accident had a life changing impact on both himself and his mother. Ever since then he has wanted to help people get the rehabilitation and compensation that they deserve.

Curtis finds that the most rewarding aspect of his job is that of problem solving, whether that is helping a client overcoming life changing injuries with novel ways of managing their condition or developing a case to overcome a denial of liability to make a claim successful.

In his spare time Curtis enjoys a cold pint and watching rugby as an avid former player. He is also a self-confessed “Geek” and enjoys all manner of tabletop games such as Warhammer and dungeons and dragons with his friends.
