Chartered Legal Executive & Legal Assistant
Emma started as a Junior Fee Earner for a Personal Injury firm in 2000, assisting 2 Personal Injury Lawyers dealing in a wide range of accident claims. She then progressed onto a new firm where she spent 10 years as a Senior Executive dealing with her own complex Personal Injury caseload, including industrial disease cases, predominantly noise induced deafness. Emma qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) in 2006 and joined Harris Fowler in 2016 as a Legal Assistant to the Managing Director and CEO, Grant Fowler.
Emma’s now part of a team who specialises in serious and catastrophic, no win no fee personal injury cases.
Her interest in law started when she worked as an office junior for a law firm dealing in Personal Injury. Law has since been a subject which has always interested her.
Emma finds the most rewarding part of her job to be helping clients and supporting them on their journey following an accident and being able to bring their case to a successful conclusion.
