Florence Crowther-Smith, Trainee Personal Injury Case Handler
Florence graduated in 2012 from Exeter University with a degree in law and had already gained valuable work experience within a law firm. She joined Harris Fowler in 2017 as a valued member of the Road Traffic Accident Team, dealing with a variety of different road traffic personal injury claims including rear-end shunts, whiplash claims, accidents involving pedestrians, multi-car traffic collisions, accidents involving cyclists and motorcyclists, low velocity impacts and accidents caused by defects on the road.
What inspired you to get into law?
Florence studied law at A Level for an opportunity to study something other than the traditional subjects, and loved it! She had a brilliant teacher who encouraged her to pursue it to degree level.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Florence feels the most rewarding aspect of her job is helping people who may otherwise find themselves without access to guidance and representation.
What do you do for fun?
Florence is a keen caver and a member of the Wessex Caving Club. She also enjoys cooking, reading and playing the piano.
