She is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and talent development, supporting employees.

Gemma has extensive experience in strategic HR, having supported organisations such as the Met Office, through large-scale restructures and providing guidance to Directors and Senior Management on initiatives including succession planning and talent management.

Gemma and her team ensure that Harris Fowler attracts, develops, and retains the right talent for the right roles. From recruitment to training and ongoing support, they focus on maximising staff performance and engagement, contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm.
