Get To Know Hayley Spencer

Hayley combines professionalism with empathy, ensuring her clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their claim.

Hayley graduated in 2015 with a degree in English Literature & Language and began her legal career as a Legal Assistant at a local firm. She progressed to fee-earning roles and gained experience assisting with large-scale group litigation cases.

In January 2022, Hayley joined Harris Fowler as a personal injury case handler and works remotely from Derbyshire. Following a period of maternity leave, she has returned to managing Fast Track employer’s liability, public liability, and road traffic accident cases, while progressing towards qualification with CILEx. Hayley began studying with CILEX in 2022 and hopes to become a CILEX Paralegal.

Hayley was inspired to pursue a career in law by her desire to help people who have suffered an injustice. She finds the most rewarding aspect of her work to be guiding clients through the claims process and seeing a case conclude successfully, knowing that her clients are happy with both the outcome and the service they have received.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, going on weekend breaks, learning languages, cooking, and reading.
