James Ruttledge, Solicitor
Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 1981 James has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases. These have included claims against employers for spinal and soft tissue injuries, lacerations, noise induced deafness and exposure to asbestos. His experience also includes road traffic accident claims, public liability claims following accidents on the highway, claims against landlords, accidents abroad, and on aircraft and cruise ships.
His combined experience of over 30 years has covered virtually every aspect of personal injury litigation and at all levels. Consequently, he is confident to provide you with an effective service and to support you throughout the claims litigation process.
What inspired you to get into law?
The desire to make a real difference in the world inspired James to get into law.

What do you do for fun?
Outside the office James enjoys walks in the countryside, reading history and visiting art galleries.
James successfully recovered compensation for a paraglider pilot who was forced to crash land due to a dangerous manoeuver by another pilot.
