Karen Fear is the longest-serving member of the Costs Department, bringing consistency and expertise to the team.

Biography

Karen is a Senior Costs Draftsman with over 15 years at Harris Fowler, specialising in Multi-Track Bills of Costs and Costs Budgets.

Having joined the firm in 2008, Karen has developed extensive knowledge across all aspects of the costs process. In addition to preparing detailed bills and budgets, she plays a key role in mentoring new team members and advising colleagues on costs matters. Outside of work, Karen enjoys baking and crafting.
