Biography

Kayleah is a qualified midwife turned Medical Analyst, using her extensive frontline healthcare experience to support complex medical and clinical negligence cases at Harris Fowler. 

Having worked across labour wards, birth centres, community settings and home births nationwide, Kayleah developed a broad and in-depth understanding of patient care. She later transitioned into medical analysis, working within a pagination organisation before joining Harris Fowler as part of the firm’s growing in-house medical analyst team. Her clinical knowledge enables her to interpret medical records with clarity and precision, helping to streamline case progression. Passionate about fairness in healthcare, Kayleah is committed to supporting a just and equitable system for patients and families.
