Michael Cummings, Associate Solicitor
Michael has experience in various types of litigation work. Since the mid-1980’s he has specialised in claims for serious personal injury, clinical negligence and claims against other solicitors for the mishandling of these types of claims. He has a wealth experience of representing clients with catastrophic injuries, including spinal and head injuries and in some cases, both. He has had cases referred to him from a number of sources including Headway – The Brain Injury Association and the Spinal Injuries Association. He has also served as Deputy Chairman of a local Headway branch.
Michael is part of the specialised Clinical Negligence Team and represents clients in complex cases relating to both medical and dental claims. He is also an integral part of the Military Injury Claims Team, dealing with claims against the Ministry of Defence.
