Neil joined Harris Fowler in 1997 and became a partner in 1999. He has played a key role in the growth and success of the Practice, leading with a strong commitment to client care and achieving outstanding results.

Neil is recognised for his extensive legal expertise, strategic leadership, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

He specialises in complex accidents at work, repetitive strain injury, industrial and occupational deafness claims, as well as high-value cases involving disputed liability. Known for his detailed knowledge and strategic approach, he has helped countless clients achieve the maximum compensation and support they deserve, including securing compensation for serving military personnel.

Neil studied for his law degree at the University College Cardiff where he was also the joint winner of the land law prize. During the university holidays, Neil supplemented his student grant by playing semi professional cricket at club level in Wales, and then at Somerset County Cricket Club.
