Neil joined Harris Fowler in 1997 and became a partner in 1999. He has played a key role in the growth and success of the Practice, leading with a strong commitment to client care and achieving outstanding results.

He specialises in complex accidents at work, repetitive strain injury, industrial and occupational deafness claims, as well as high-value cases involving disputed liability. Neil studied for his law degree at the University College Cardiff where he was also the joint winner of the land law prize. During the university holidays, Neil supplemented his student grant by playing semi professional cricket at club level in Wales, and then at Somerset County Cricket Club.
