Sara Pacini, Associate Solicitor
Prior to joining Harris Fowler in 2010, Sara worked for other Personal Injury firms across the South West and brought her strong negotiating skills and determination with her. Sara has experience of dealing with all different types of personal injury compensation claims and has a particular interest in dealing with claims involving accidents at work, occupiers and public liability. Sara also has a particular interest in helping clients suffering from psychological issues following accidents and assaults.
In her current role Sara is representing a large number of clients across a wide range of personal injury claims where her experience and expertise is invaluable, especially in cases where Defendants deny liability for causing injuries.
What inspired you to get into law?
Sara was inspired to get into law because she’s always found the subject so interesting. After spending some of her training within a Personal Injury Department she knew that she could combine the knowledge she had, with helping people who had been injured through no fault of their own and who often don’t have the support they need.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Sara finds the most rewarding aspect of her job to be helping injured people get the treatment they need to get their lives back on track, recognising the considerable impact of psychological injuries which so often get overlooked and helping survivors of abuse and assault get the recognition they deserve.
What do you do for fun?
Outside of work Sara enjoys going to the theatre, spending time with her family and the occasional run.
Sara recently obtained compensation for a survivor of a sexual assault whilst at work which meant that the injured person was able to have a significant amount of psychological treatment to enable her to rebuild her life.
