Zara Rodber
Chartered Legal Executive
Biography
Zara qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in July 2010. She has over 15 years’ experience of dealing with a wide variety of Personal Injury cases. These include representing clients involved in road traffic accidents, occupier’s liability claims, accidents at work and industrial diseases all on a no win no fee basis. She has also worked on industrial deafness cases, exposure to asbestos leading to the condition mesothelioma and cadmium exposure claims.
She joined Harris Fowler in September 2011 initially as a Legal Assistant to Grant Fowler, the Chief Executive Officer. She then went on to work as a Legal Assistant to Andrew Holcombe, a Director of the firm, and was involved in managing a large caseload of Personal Injury claims of High Value. Zara works in the High value team working with Grace as her Legal Sssistant. Zara works on EL, PL & RTA’s for people with life changing and catastrophic injuries. Zara also does some large Criminal Injury Claims too.
Zara has always been inspired by the idea of being able to give guidance and advice to people who need specialist help.
Zara finds the most rewarding part of her job to be helping injured victims get back on their feet after an accident that was not their fault and winning a case for a client who has had a tough time, knowing she has helped them get back to their life.
Outside of the office Zara enjoys spending time with her family and also socialising, reading, music and binge watching a good series on Netflix (when she gets a chance!).
