Julia Mahony

Julia Mahony started working for Harris Fowler in December 2005 as the Receptionist in what had become an extremely busy practice.  Julia was the first point of contact for all clients who called the firm, or for those that came in personally for a meeting with their Fee Earner.  In addition to her telephony role she had a number of additional administrative tasks to support the Management Team.

Julia left this post in April 2007 and returned to Harris Fowler when she was offered a new position in the Management Team as the Assistant Office Manager.  This role involved Julia in numerous administrative tasks, assisting both the Practice Manager and the Office Manager with HR issues including liaising with the staff, recording holidays and sickness, carrying out staff appraisals, providing statistical information for the Directors, ensuring that the Fee Earners are able to comply with their Continuing Professional Development [CPD] requirements, ensuring that the library had the latest editions of all the relevant legal publications and to assist the directors in the general management of the business.

Julia finds her role at Harris Fowler demanding and fulfilling in equal measures and she is an integral part of the Management and Business Development Team.
