Biography

Hayley joined Harris Fowler to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee wellbeing, and HR operations across the firm.

She manages the full employee lifecycle, supports staff development, and coordinates internal events and charity initiatives. Known for her approachable and supportive manner, Hayley plays a key role in maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and playing netball.
