Hayley joined Harris Fowler in 2022 in the HR department as a Recruitment & HR Coordinator. In her role, she collaborates closely with the firm’s HR Director and Office Manager. She is passionate about everything related to Human Resources and Recruitment. She thrives on the responsibility of selecting and nurturing talent, adding a personal touch to the recruitment process.

Beyond her role in HR, Hayley extends her influence to marketing projects. Recognising the power of effective branding and communication, she collaborates with the marketing team.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and adorable furry companion – her dog Lilo!
