Julia works closely with colleagues to ensure case files are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Her structured approach and strong organisational skills contribute to smooth case handling and positive client communication. Julia takes pride in being part of a firm dedicated to achieving justice for injured clients.

In 2023, Julia decided to develop her HR knowledge and undertook the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice. It had been a very long time since Julia had undertaken any professional training and despite being a little apprehensive, she enjoyed the challenge and successfully passed her CIPD qualification.

Julia is highly regarded for her approachable nature, problem-solving skills, and ability to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. She takes great pride in fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture, ensuring that every member of the Harris Fowler team has the resources and structure they need to deliver exceptional client service.

The most rewarding part of Julia’s role is seeing the direct impact of her work in helping the firm operate efficiently and supporting colleagues to achieve their best. Her attention to detail, calm under pressure, and strong leadership make her an invaluable part of the Harris Fowler team.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
